1. Conformity of Goods
We take every care to make sure the description and specification of our production are the closest representation as described on our site; however, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

3. Free Delivery to Any UK Address

All deliveries will be made free of charge to any UK address. We use the Interlink Express and the Post Office as our delivery companies depending on where the goods will be delivered. Generally, purchased items will take from 3 to 5 working days to be delivered although we always try our utmost to get them ready for collection by Interlink or send them out via the Post Office within 2 working days.

6. Tax to EU and Non-Europe customers

Please note that if you are from a non-EC country, it is our legal responsibility to declare the commercial value of items we are selling and delivering to you. Any customs, import duties and VAT that are levied are your responsibilities. We have no control over these charges and do not know their rates in your country.

7. Cancellation and Returns Policy

 

You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your purchased goods.  This must be confirmed by e-mail, fax or telephone.  Goods can be returned to us within 28 days of the receipt.  We will offer you an exchange or refund, after deducting the cost of delivery, provided the item is returned in perfect condition, unused and in its orignial packaging.  We do not accept any returned used goods.  Cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.  We strongly recommend that all returns be sent by recorded delivery with a receipt retained by the sender, as we are not responsible if the goods are lost in transit.

8. Our Limitation of Liability in the Event of Fraud

In the very unlikely event of your card being used fraudulently, your credit card company is obliged to take full responsibility.
